Other Functions
Tune allows fine tuning of the piano by units of cents, which is useful when the piano is to be played
alongside other acoustic instruments that are tune-sensitive.
☞ Press both DATA buttons simultaneously to restore its default value (0).
☞ Range: A4 440Hz ± 99 cents (default 0)
☞ Hertz (Hz): A unit of vibration; it represents the number of repetition occurring in a second in regard of an iterative
movement by an object or a wave.
☞ Cent: A unit of pitch; 1 cent equals to a hundredth of a semitone.
Brilliance
Brilliance determines the timbre of the piano sound.
When Brilliance is increased the piano sound gains more pronouncing clarity, and when decreased
the sound is softened.
☞ This affects ALL voices, including the voices used for the Layer/Split features.
☞ Press both DATA buttons simultaneously to restore the default value (0).
☞ Range: ±50 (Default: 0)
q Press FUNCTION to call up the function menu.
w Repeatedly press the MOVE/ENTER button to reach the desired field and use the
DATA buttons or DATA wheel to adjust its value.

Octave Shift
Octave Shift allows to transpose the piano up or down by 1 or 2 octaves.
☞ Each voice (Main/Layer/Split) has its own independent Octave Shift value.
☞ Range: -2 ~ 0 ~ +2 Octaves (Default: 0)
☞ Press both DATA buttons simultaneously to restore its default value (0).
Press the DATA UP button or turn the DATA wheel to view its subcategories. In the submenu, use the
MOVE/ENTER button and DATA buttons to set the values accordingly.
