Fitting notes
Assembling the motor bucket
Align the pip on the base of the motor
mount with the hole in the top of the motor and
push the motor mount onto the motor.
Align the ‘smiley faces’ on the fancase seal
and the motor mount.
Position the top of the motor bucket
seal/loom assembly into the channel on the
motor mount.
Stretch the motor bucket seal/loom
assembly around the motor and locate the end
into the fancase seal. Note: when seated
correctly the motor sits at an angle within the
motor bucket seal/loom assembly.
Fit the fancase onto the motor ensuring the
outer edge of the motor is covered by the seal.
Reconnect the wires to the motor. Note:
the neutral wire goes to the rear.
