NOTE The following procedure permits the UPS sections to be installed in a location where
there is limited space to slide the sections together from the sides.
NOTE For the following steps, verify that the forklift or pallet jack is rated to handle the weight
of the section (see Table 2 for cabinet weight).
1. Using a forklift, move the UPM section to the final installed location.
2. Remove one top screw and two bottom screws securing the UPM section wireway panel (see Figure 20).
Lift the panel straight up to remove it from the panel hanger brackets at the top of the cabinet.
3. Remove the screws securing the top and bottom internal safety shield panels and remove the panels.
Retain the hardware for later use.
