4-1 Inspectingairlter
1. Close choke shutter.
2. Turn lifting hook (A) down to the end.
3. Unlatch air cleaner cover latch (B) with screw
driver (C) or equivalent.
4. Turn up and remove air cleaner cover (D).
5. Turn air lter (E) counterclockwise and remove
it.
6. Inspect air lter (E). If blocked with dirt or dust,
remove the obstruction with using brush.
7. If heavily blocked with dirt or dust, clean air lter
(E) with compressed air or wash away with non-
inammable solvent/detergent.
