5 Route setting
Set the desired route
After deciding on a destination, recommended routes from the present
location to the destination are searched for and displayed on the
screen.
Routes to the destination will be colored into the screen and the
required time and distance to the destination will be displayed. This is
called the "All Route Diagram".
From the all route diagram, you can check the progress of your
journey, select a different route and add stops along the route.
■ Displays
Distance on toll roads The distance on all toll roads is displayed.
Distance on freeways The distance on all freeways is displayed.
Distance The distance to the destination is displayed (in case
of multiple stops, the last stop is displayed).
Required time The required time and bearing to the destination is
displayed.
Remaining distance The distance to the destination for the route
presently taken are displayed.
In case of multiple stops, every time this switch is
pressed, the required time and distance to each of
them respectively are displayed.
Used road overview Icons for freeways, toll roads, ferry crossings and
restricted roads will be active up to the destination.
