2. Warranty
Altering the AC134HD without Manufacturer’s consent voids the warranty.
The AC134HD Service unit shall be warranted against any defect in materials and/or breakdowns due to
construction errors and this warranty will last for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of
delivery.
36-month warranty: Subscription of the 3 years Ecoclim maintenance contract prolongs the duration of the
warranty by 24 months.
The warranty consists of the free replacement or the free repair of defective parts that are considered as
such by SNDC.
Warranty does not apply to following points:
- Incorrect maintenance
- Consumables such as quick fittings, connection hoses, oil, filters, vacuum pump oil...
- Normal wear and tear
- Deterioration resulting from:
o Use or handing that does not conform to the instructions from SNDC Ecoclim.
o A lack of maintenance based on the instruction manual.
o Going over the recommended maintenance frequency:
▪ 100 hours of vacuum,
▪ 150 kg of refrigerant recovery.
o Working with accessories and products which do not conform to SNDC recommendations.
o Repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel
o Use of unsuitable chemicals or other substances
o Negligence, accidents, fire or other accidents
o The use of any other Refrigerant fluid that the one stipulated for use with the service unit.
o Floods, vibrations, prolonged exposure to excessive heat, lack of ventilation.
o A fault in the electric supply, electric surges, radiation, and electrostatic discharge including
lightning.
