8. Normal use
8.1. Using and safety rules reminder
• Before use, ensure that the unit stay in vertical position during 24h.
• Always ensure that normal using conditions are in place before turning on the unit.
• The unit must be used in a well-ventilated area. By installation in vehicle, ensure enough ventilation
and fresh air replacement.
• Check unit and charge hose before use.
• Wear appropriate safety equipment.
• Keep a fire extinguisher near work and storage area.
• Before connecting the unit make sure that the electrical system include grounding and
complies with safety standards.
• The unit must be used on a level ground to avoid tilting.
8.2. Connecting unit to ECS circuit
(1) Connect:
- The unit's HP hose to ECS HP pressure port,
- The unit's LP hose to ECS LP pressure port.
(2) Open the couplers, screwing the knobs.
HP and LP manometers indicate pressure in ECS circuit.
Note: Some A/C circuits only have one pressure port. The AC134HD unit allows the operator to take this
into account.
8.3. Control Panel Overview
At start-up, the screen lights up and displays the homepage:
➢ Access to menus is by pressing ENTER.
➢ Warning or information are displayed on the screen before main menu.
