4 WASHER SETUP
Use mouse or TAB key to navigate in screen. When all information is entered and verified, CLICK on the
DISK ICON to SAVE.
1. SYSTEM TYPE – Select ECOJET / ECOSTAR 1500
2. DELAY UNITS – If you are delaying the on time of the chemical pumps, choose the delay units. Choosing
seconds will take care of most situations. Seconds (255 sec. maximum) or minutes (255 min. maximum).
3. FLUSH -
1. ENTER FLUSH TIME AFTER (seconds) – Enter time required to flush product to washer. Flush
starts as chemical pump run and starts timing after chemical pump stops. Default 30 seconds
2. ERROR SAMPLING DELAY (seconds) - Factory setting of 3 second should be adequate. If flow
switch opens BEFORE error sampling delay time, a flow alarm will occur.
