WASH-AISLE OPERATIONS
PROCEDURE FOR STARTING A FORMULA
AUTO-SELECT MODE (MICRO MODE)
1. Select the correct classification on the WASHER CONTROLLER.
2. Start the washer.
3. Watch the screen on the USER INTERFACE to verify that the correct formula is selected.
When a formula is selected, the screen will change to the FORMULA RUNNING SCREEN
AND FORMULA NUMBER WILL APPEAR ON RED LED’S.
NOTE: For ACS type controllers, it is important to start the washer before the controller. If
the ACS is started first, the wrong formula will be selected!
MANUAL-SELECT MODE (CHART MODE)
1. For chart machines, insert the chart into the card or chart reader.
2. Select the correct classification on the USER INTERFACE by pressing the arrow keys [ê or
é].
3. Start the washer.
