3. Under REPORT TYPE, CLICK on SETUP. A black button will appear to the left of the SETUP to indicate it
has been selected.
4. Under DESTINATION, CLICK on PC PRINTER.
5. INCLUDE PRODUCT COST, click on YES
6. MULTIPLE OCCURRENCE USED, click on YES.
7. REPORT DATES; enter a date range of MONTH/DAY. Default is the current date.
8. DISPENSERS, DOUBLE – CLICK on dispensers you want to run reports. A check will appear in the box
on selected washers
9. Click on OK.
10. The compiling process will take several minutes per washer. After report has printed, click on OK for
report complete. Click on EXIT on REPORTS MENU.
PROGRAMMING and OPERATING THE WASHER
MICROPROCESSOR
Only five signals are needed for full operation. Signal 1 is the formula identification signal. Program
Signal 1: 2 SECONDS X FORMULA NUMBER. The microprocessor will select the proper formula to
be run no user input is required. There must be a 10 to 15 second delay between the START SIGNAL
and the FIRST PRODUCT REQUEST. See chart below for programming times.
