1. WATER FLOW RATES - Set rates according to water fill rates at washer water valves. (For future
expansion, not active)
2. SHIFT START TIMES - Enter up to three shifts in military time.
3. WASH WHEEL - Enter wash wheel capacity.
4. INSTALLATION - Enter installation date
5. CYCLE TIME
1. TOLERANCE – Enter formula operating window. The tolerance number gives the formula a +/-
window of operation before logging on the exception report.
6. ACCOUNT NAME AND LOCATION - Enter account name and location.
FORMULA NAMES
A. FORMULA NAME - Enter formula
names in this field. Names can be up
to 19 characters long.
B. CYCLE TIME - Enter formula running
time in this field. Cycle times can be
120 minutes maximum, enter 0 if
running time is longer.
C. LOAD WEIGHT – Enter formula
weight as pounds loaded. Weights
can have up to 5 digits.
