MERGE REPORTS WITH MICROSOFT EXCEL
ECOJET / ECOSTAR 1500 report files can be converted to Microsoft Excel files. Once converted,
files can be opened with Excel and printed. With the advanced options and skill with Excel, customized
reports can be developed.
REPORT FILE (S) - Click on BROWSE button to select report files (. RPT) to export to Excel. The
default location of report files is C:\ECOJET / ECOSTAR 1500\DATA. If no RPT files are present,
user must retrieve reports from User Interface via the network.
EXPORT FILE (S) - The name of the Excel file (XLS) that will be created from the EcoJet / EcoStar
1500 report file (RPT). The default file name is the EcoJet / EcoStar 1500 report file name, only with
the XLS extension. After files have been named, click on PROCESS REPORTS to begin conversion
process.
PRINT/PREVIEW CHART - Allows user to EXPORT, PRINT or PREVIEW Excel report file.
PROCESS REPORTS - Click on PROCESS REPORTS after selection has been made (EXPORT,
PRINT or PREVIEW).
CHART LOGO - Allows user to put a custom logo graphic into the Excel report.
CLOSE - Click on CLOSE to close window.
