4. AUTO FORMULA SELECT -
ENABLED: (microprocessor mode) Signal 1 is always the start signal in this dispenser. Click in box to
have washer microprocessor select formulas.
DISABLED: (chart mode) Formulas a manually selected at the User Interface.
5. 5-MINUTE LOCKOUT - Protects against noise on washer signals. ECOJET / ECOSTAR 1500 will not
respond to a washer signal 5 minutes after receiving a signal. Unless needed, do not use.
6. QUALIFYING TIME - How long a signal must be on before ECOJET / ECOSTAR 1500 reacts to it. Default
is 5 seconds. Can be programmed from 0 to 120 seconds.
7. OPERATING ZONE - This feature prevents EcoJet / EcoStar 1500 from dispensing during selected
hours. DISPENSER WILL NOT PUMP OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS. Do not use this feature unless
there is a problem in the account. Enter in military time. Maximum window is from 00:00 (Midnight) to
23:59. No entry will allow pumps to be activated 24 hours.
8. AUTO FORMULA RESET – Used to enable the automatic formula termination feature. Resets formulas to
00 at the end of each load. Click in box to activate.
9. UNIT OF MEASURE - Select either U.S., Metric of Imperial.
10. ACCESS CODES / ID NUMBER – ACCESS & I.D. numbers are entered at the USER INTERFACE. Do
not alter these values from the PC software.
5 REPORT SETUP
Use mouse or TAB key to navigate in screen. When all information is entered and verified, CLICK on the
DISK ICON to SAVE.
1. WATER FLOW RATES – For future expansion, do not enter any numbers.
2. SHIFT START TIMES - Enter up to three shifts in military time.
3. WASH WHEEL - Enter wash wheel capacity. A NUMBER MUST BE ENTERED FOR THE COPY
WASHER FUNCTION TO WORK PROPERLY.
4. INSTALLATION - Enter installation date, XX/XX/XX
5. CYCLE TIME
TOLERANCE – Enter formula operating window. The tolerance number gives the formula a +/-
window of operation before logging on the exception report.
6. ACCOUNT NAME AND LOCATION - Enter account name and location. The name entered here
appears on the reports.
