Signals 2 through 5 should only be programmed for 10 seconds. If more than one product signal
comes on at the same time, the appropriate product for those signal occurrences will be pumped.
To STOP a formula: program a washer signal for a second occurrence of signal 5 or (if you do not
require products 6,7,or 8) a first occurrence without product.
CHART CONTROLLED WASHERS
The EcoJet / EcoStar 1500 can interface to any wash wheel control with a chart programmer.
Standard charts or program cards that are cut for only one formula should be programmed to generate
a start signal to begin a load via the EcoJet / EcoStar 1500 Signal Interface-Signal #1 Input. To end a
load with chemical in the final rinse step, Signal #5 should be triggered twice in the last step. (Once at
