Insert the instrument lid (without the instrument) into the rack and attach to
the already installed instrument

Check that the instrument lid is not bowed (bent), if there is a bow adjust
bracket and lid bolts until

Now carefully insert the instrument into the rack by placing the instrument
slides into the lid slides, ensure that the rack slide locks engage (
each side (you will hear a click) and gently slide the instrument into the rack.
Note:
Ensure both sides of the slide are attached
to the lid slides before pushing into rack
Removing the
instrument

To remove the instrument first pull instrument out of rack giving access to the
slides

Find the rack slide lock labelled “push” (
sliding the instrument out of the rack, complete this for both sides before
carefully removing instrument

Unscrew lid by removing M6 bolts shown in

Slide lid back on to instrument ready for transport or storage
