3.3.12 Feels Like
Feels Like measurement range: -40°F ~ 140°F (-40°C ~ 60°C).
When the outdoor temperature is less than 50°F (10°C), the value of
Feels Like is wind chill.
When the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to 50°F(10°C) and
less than or equal to 80°F (26.7°C), the value of Feels Like is the outdoor
temperature.
