In Competition mode, during extraction appears screen V1/8:
it provides a dynamic display of extraction temperature, time spent and quantity of coffee
delivered into the cup.
During extraction It is possible to adjust in real-time the extraction temperature and coffee
dosage.

8.4 PRODUCTION – COFFEE DOSAGE SETTING
Screen VP3 allows you to set, in sequence, the coffee dosage of each of the four buttons
on screen 1, by the plus and minus icons, and set the value using the enter button
8.5 PRODUCTION – COFFEE TEMPERATURE SETTING
Screen VP3 also allows you to set the coffee extraction temperature. It also displays the
instantaneous temperature value, comparable to the set value.
