D.2 Instructions for Proper Installation
WARNING
Before installation, it is mandatory to check if the nameplate associated with the
extension for additional entry species the appropriate degree of protection and ambient
temperature limits as requested by the rules applicable to the plant/location where the
XTE3000 is installed.
Installation in environments with the presence of an explosive atmosphere not covered
by the specied grade of protection, or in environments that could reach a temperature
higher than the maximum specied on the label, will invalidate the safety warnings and the
warranty.
NOTICE
Check that the label (as shown by the example Figure D-4) is xed to the unit and is complete
with all the appropriate information.
