Section 9: Set-Up Routines
Set-Up Routines
LED colors
Press YES if the color of the open LED is correct. Press NO to change it, and then
press YES to conrm.
Press YES if the color of the close LED is correct. Press NO to change it, and then
press YES to conrm.
Press YES if the color of the alarm LED is correct. Press NO to change it, and then
press YES to conrm.
9.1.6 Output Relays
Monitor relay
The voltage-free, change-over contacts of the monitor relay indicate that the actuator
is either available for remote control or that a problem or a condition preventing remote
control of the valve exists.
The monitor relay is normally energized and will be de-energized on:
mains voltage failure
lost phase
internal temperature alarm
K1 contactor failure
K2 contactor failure
position sensor failure
speed sensor failure
conguration error
hardware error
mid-travel alarm
The following situations can be congured individually to not de-energize the monitor relay
when they occur:
motor over-temperature
over-torque
jammed valve
LOCAL/OFF selected
manual operation
ESD signal on (ESD-EFS)
low lithium battery (if present)
LOCAL/STOP pressed
