6.13 Specifications
The 3144P must be operated according to the functional and performance specifications
provided in the 3144P Product Data Sheet (Document No. 00813-0100-4021) or in Appendix A:
Reference data.
6.13.1 Failure rate data
The FMEDA report includes failure rates, common cause Beta factor estimates, and independent
information on generic sensor models.

50 years – based on worst case component wear-out mechanisms – not based on wear-out of
process sensors.
