Page Side Select Front when printing on the front of normal paper (Plain), thick paper (Thick), or
extra thick paper (Extra Thick).
Settings (default in bold):
Front, Back
Paper Source Specifies whether paper feeds into the printer from the MP tray, the standard paper
cassette (Cassette 1), or the optional paper cassette unit (Cassette 2).
If you select Auto, paper feeds from the paper source containing paper that matches your
Paper Size setting.

Auto, MP Tray, Cassette1, Cassette2
Orientation Specifies whether the page is printed in portrait or landscape orientation.

Port, Land
Resolution Specifies the printing resolution.
Settings (default in bold):
300, 600, 1200
RITech Turning on RITech (Resolution Improvement Technology) on produces smoother and
crisper lines, text, and graphics.
Settings (default in bold):
On, Off
Toner Save When this setting is selected, the printer saves toner by substituting a gray shade for the
black inside of characters. The characters are outlined in full black on the right and lower
edges.

Off, On
Emphasize Thin Lines Adjusts the weight of thin lines so they are printed clearly.
Settings (default in bold):
Off, On
Top Offset Makes fine adjustments to the vertical printing position of the page.

Important:
Make sure that the printed image does not extend beyond the edge of the paper.
Otherwise, you may damage the printer.
