based on the result of the check. Utilize the checkpoints to determine and correct defective components.
Tables 5-4 and 5-5, below, are divided into the five following columns:
● Problem:
Indicates the problem
● Symptom:
Indicates potential condition which may be underlying the problem. You must check
to see which if any of the symptoms apply.
‘ Cause:
Indicates the potential cause of the problem.
● Checkpoint:
Perform this check to determine whether the problem is the result
of the cause listed
at left.
● Solution:
Indicates the repair that will correct the fault.
