Comments:
Double-wide mode doubles the width of all characters. This
mode is cancelled by a carriage return or DC4.
ESC SO Select Double-wide Mode (one line)

Comments:
Duplicates the SO command.
DC4 Cancel Double-wide Mode (one line)
