When the power and paper out lights
flash
and the black and color
ink out lights
are on
, you may have a paper jam. Turn off the printer by
pressing the
power button. Wait several seconds, then turn it on again. If
no paper ejects, turn off the printer, remove the jammed paper, and turn the
printer on again. If this doesn’t solve the problem, contact EPSON as
described on page 40.
When all the lights
flash
, turn off the printer by pressing the power button.

When all the lights are
off
, the printer is not receiving power. Try these
solutions:

Make sure the printer is turned on.
■
Turn off the power and plug the power cord into the outlet again.
■
Plug a lamp into the outlet to make sure the outlet is working.
Also, make sure the outlet isn’t controlled by a switch or timer.
