1. Remove the Paper EJ Frame Assy. (p.106)
2. Release the Carriage Lock, and move the Carriage Unit to the center. (Refer to 4.1.5
Locking/Releasing the Carriage (p.65).)
3. Remove the EJ Grounding Spring from the Main Frame with tweezers.

Align the positioning two holes on the Main Frame with the two
guide pins on the Ink System Unit.
