CLEAN THE COOLING GRID OF THE
VACUUM MOTOR
To clean the cooling grid follow the
instructions below:
Bring the machine into a stop
position in a flat surface area, turn it
off;
Remove the carter pos. 1;
Check and eventually clean the
cooling grid of the vacuum motor
(pos. 2).
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
DAILY MAINTENANCE (EVERY TIME AFTER THE MACHINE HAS BEEN
USED)
Empty and clean the recovery tank (see page 23-24);
Remove and clean the anti-foam device. Wash the float filter (see page 23-24);
Wash the squeegee vacuum pipe (see page 23-24);
Empty and clean the solution tank (see page 25);
Clean the squeegee blades (see page 27);
Check the splashguard (see page 29);
Check and clean the brushes. Make sure there are no twisted cables or metal wires (see page 18).
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
With lead acid batteries, once the batteries are charged make sure to check the electrolyte level and if
necessary fill it up only using distilled water
Clean the detergent solution filter (see page 26);
Check and if necessary rotate or replace the squeegee blades (see page 27-28);
Check the splashguard (see page 29);
Check the condition of the brush. If it is damaged, replace it or in any case replace it when the length of the
bristles reaches 10 mm (see page 18);
Check and eventually clean the cooling grid of the vacuum motor (see page 32);
Clean the machine with a damp cloth.
