PROBLEM

The battery gets discharged
1. Either exhaust or broken elements
Replace it
The display of the control card does not switch on
when inserting the key
2. Flat or worn out battery
3. Fuse burn out
4. Battery connector disconnected
5. Key operated switch broken
6. For machine with on-board charger:
inner remote switch is faulty
7. For machine with on-board charger:
Charge phase of the machine
Recharge it
Replace it
Connect it
Have it replaced
Replace the battery charger
Disconnect the battery charger from the main
power
The brush motor does not rotate
8. Flat battery (charger’s red led light
flashing )
9. Faulty fuse

10. Brush motor protection fuse is engaged

Refresh it

Wait for the machine to cool down and start it
again. Make sure there are no metal wires,
plastic wires or other material wrapped
around the brush
The drive does not work

HOLDER). Traction fuse is faulty
20. 5A protection traction fuse (POS. 25 OF
THE FUSE-HOLDER) is broken

23. Electronic control board is broken
24. Microswitch in the control panel is
broken
25. Main potentiometer is faulty
Recharge it
