▪ Ensure that the thermal sensors between the batteries and their gap pads are not displaced
during the battery replacement process.
▪ When connecting the battery leads to the terminals, torque the bolts to 3.6 Nm using an
insulated calibrated torque wrench and a 4 mm Allen key head.
▪ Use a cable tie to secure the battery leads and other wires, preventing them from being
trapped between two metal parts. There should be no possibility of wires getting stuck
between the battery box and lid when it’s installed.
