NOTE: Attempting to send a CEC command to an output that is disabled returns an E14 error.

X@ = 1 through <maximum number of outputs>: DXP 42 — 1 or 2, DXP 44 and 84 — 1-4, DXP 88 — 1-8
X10! = CEC mode
0 = Disable CEC operations for this IO port (default).
2 = Enable insertion (unidirectional).
4 = Enable insertion and publish received CEC messages (bidirectional).
X10@ = CEC status
0 = CEC mode 0 disabled
2 = CEC mode 2 enabled but no device detected (unidirectional)
3 = CEC mode 2 enabled and device detected (unidirectional)
4 = CEC mode 4 enabled but no device detected (bidirectional)
5 = CEC mode 4 enabled and device detected (bidirectional)
X10# = Source logical address (our pseudo) (see CEC Logical Addresses on page75)
0 through 15, -1 = not found or port not enabled
X10$ = Destination logical address (theirs) (see the CEC Logical Addresses table)
0 through 15, -1 = not found or port not enabled (see the CEC Logical Addresses table)
X10% = CEC command
Predefined actions as strings within double quotes: “PwrOn”, “PwrOff”, or “ShowMe”

User selected elements (0 to 15) in the form of percent sign followed by 2 hex digits

X11) = CEC address byte, in the form of a percent sign followed by two hex digits
