If no password has been set since the unit was delivered, enter the unit serial
number. This is usually located on a sticker on the side panel of the unit.
NOTE: The factory configured passwords for all accounts on this device have
been set to the device serial number. Passwords are case sensitive.
If the unit has had an absolute system reset (the ZQQQ SIS command has been
entered, see the Absolute system reset command on page 77), or if the factory
password has been removed and no new password has been set, click Sign In to
display the internal web page.
If a new password has been set, enter it and click Sign In.
To change the password, see Setting a password on page 96.
Disabling Compatibility Mode
The internal web page does not support compatibility mode in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
To check compatibility view settings:
From the Tools menu of the browser, select Compatibility View Settings. The
Compatibility View Settings dialog box opens.
Be sure that the Display all websites in Compatibility View checkbox is clear, and
that the IP address of the switcher is not in the list of websites that have been added to
Compatibility View.
