5.3 Replacing valve terminal components
Components on the sub−bases of the VTSA valve terminal can
easily be replaced for maintenance and conversion work.
5.3.1 Replacing valves or cover plates
Please note
Depending on the manifold block, the VTSA valve terminal
supports control of one or two solenoid coils per valve
location.
 Manifold block type VABV−...−T1 supports control of one
valve solenoid coil per valve location and is marked with
a red coil contact housing. The type plate on the manifold
block is opaque (not transparent).
 Manifold block type VABV−...−T2: supports control of two
valve solenoid coils per valve location and is marked with
a black coil contact housing. The type plate on the mani
fold block is opaque (not transparent).
Dismantling Proceed as follows:
· Use a screwdriver with a narrow blade to loosen the
fastening screws and remove the components from the
manifold block (see fig.).
