3.3.4 Reversibly operated VTSA valve terminal
With reversible operation of the VTSA valve terminal the
operating pressure is supplied via connections 3 and 5 and
the exhaust is vented via connection 1.
Operate a reversible VTSA valve terminal only with external
pilot air.
In the case of valve terminals with selector end plate the code
cover must be set as
follows:
Setting 1 for ISO−conform operation of the valve terminal.
Setting 3 for operation of the valve terminal with pres
sureless channel 12 (e.g. operation with ducted pilot and
beathable exhaust air).
Please note
· If the VTSA valve terminal is fitted with reversible
3/2−way valves (identifier T32N−A, T32F−A, T32W−A), you
must operate the valve terminal only in setting 1 of the
code cover.
3.3.5 Operating the VTSA valve termiinal with reversible 2x3/2−way valves
Please note
If reversible 2x3/2−way valves (identifier T32N−A / T32F−A /
T32W−A) are operated on the valve terminal with standard
2x3/2−way valves (identifier T32C−A / T32U−A / T32H−A),
you must operate the reversible valves in a separate
pressure zone.
Exception:
If the reversible 2x3/2−way valves are operated with
reversible
pressure regulators (identifier R5) (circuit dia
grams see appendix B Tab.B/2 and Tab.B/5), a separate
pressure zone is not required.
