The VTSA valve terminal can be operated with reversible
2x3/2−way valves (identifier T32N−A / T32F−A / T32W−A)
under the following conditions:
The pilot air and breathable exhaust air must not be ex
hausted ducted. The reversible 2x3/2−way valves require
compressed air at channel 12 for the pneumatic spring.
Channel 12 is
therefore no longer available for venting the
ducted pilot air and breathed exhaust air. Valves which
are configured for the type of exhaust procedure can then
no longer switch (see chapter 5.4.1).
Valve terminal with right−hand end plate type
VABE−...RZ−...B1:
If the pressure zone, which connects with the right−
hand end plate, is supplied
with operating pressure
via connection 1, the valve terminal must be operated
in setting 1 or 2 of the code cover (see Tab.3/2). If
this pressure zone is operated reversibly, the valve
terminal may only be operated in setting 1 of the code
cover (see Tab.3/2).
Right−hand end plate type VABE−...R−...
Connection 14 is
sealed with a blanking plug at the
factory. The pilot air is branched internally from con
nection 1.
In order to guarantee the resetting of the pneumatic
spring of the reversible 2x3/2−way valves, you must
supply connection 12 with operating pressure (circuit
diagrams for valves see Tab.B/4).
Right−hand end plate type VABE−...RZ−...
The external
pilot air must be supplied via connec
tions 12 and 14 with the same level of pressure.
