Pressure zone separation
The VTSA valve terminal can be provided with 1 ... 16 pres
sure zones. These pressure zones are created with special
sealing plates with channel separation. The following chan
nels can be separated with the sealing plates:
only the supply channel (1)
the supply channel (1) and exhaust channels (3 and 5)
only the
exhaust channels (3 and 5).
On the VTSA valve terminal the pilot air for supplying the
valves is provided centrally via the right−hand end plate. A
pressure zone separation of pilot channels 12 and 14 is not
therefore possible.
You can ascertain the number of pressure zones with which
your valve terminal is
equipped, by the marking on the sealing
pla t e (see diagram).
