1. Switch on the compressed air supply.
2. Check the functioning and operation of each individual
valve−actuator combination by actuating the manual
override as shown in the following diagrams.
Please note
Incorrect actuation of the non−locking manual override can
lead to malfunctioning or damage to the manual override.
· Use a screwdriver (blade width max. 4 mm) for actuating
the manual override.
· Actuate the manual override with only max 25 N.
3. With the locking function of the manual override: After
testing the valves, make sure that all manual override
actuations are in their basic positions.
Caution
Valves with manual overrides in switch position can move
actuators unintentionally during commissioning. This can
cause injury to human beings and damage to property.
· Before commissioning, reset all manual overrides to
their basic positions again.
When the manual override is actuated, it is not possible to
reset the valve to its basic position with an electric signal.
The manual override is dominant in this case.
4. Switch off the compressed air supply after checking the
valves.
