Is secure on-site parking available for our commissioning
engineer’s vehicle?

Is an H & S induction required before our commissioning engineer
can commence work?
If yes, please state date and time (if known)
Additional Notes:
1. FläktGroup engineers will not work on any system without witnessing pressure test certificate. For easy commissioning, it
is advised to send your Pressure Test Certificate to your local FläktGroup contact ahead of the commissioning date.
2. All information regarding pipework requirements is listed in Chapter 6 of the relevant operation manual. Oil traps must be
installed (if they are required) for Multi-DENCO
®
systems. You FläktGroup contact can assist with a Pipe Size and
Refrigerant Charge datasheet which will advise quantity of oil traps required.
3. Full-system refrigerant charge estimates can be obtained from the FläktGroup contact. We advise to have spare
refrigerant available for each system as calculated values is only an estimate and required refrigerant may vary due to site
conditions.
4. Direct Expansion (DX) DENCO
®
systems require a heat load to be available during commissioning in order to correctly
charge the system with refrigerant and to ensure correct operation, following commissioning. Failure to provide a suitable
heat load for commissioning may affect the speed / quality of commissioning possible.
5. (Where applicable) to comply with F-Gas regulations, any system that requires a refrigerant charge, customers must have
their own engineer available on site for the duration of the commission, to enable additions or removals of refrigerant to
systems and also create and keep the required statutory records.
6. On chilled water or condenser cooling water systems, customers must have their own engineer available for the duration
of the commissioning to measure and adjust flow rates.
7. If the equipment is to be connected to a Building Management System (BMS), customers must have their own BMS
engineer available for the duration of the commissioning.
