Why does my FläktGroup Air Conditioner have high pressure in the refrigeration system?
    • D
      darinbensonAug 2, 2025
If the FläktGroup Air Conditioner's refrigeration system has high pressure, it could be due to several reasons. First, there might be too much refrigerant in the system; compare current conditions with the commissioning report and re-commission the unit if there are significant changes. Another cause could be that the outdoor fans aren't working, so check the ‘Fault’. Also, inspect the unit for damage to any fuse or relay that is part of the refrigeration circuit operation. Finally, the outdoor heat exchanger might be blocked or dirty; clean the heat exchanger fins and clear any debris around the unit.

What to do if indoor fans are not operating in my FläktGroup Air Conditioner?

If the indoor fans of your FläktGroup Air Conditioner aren't operating, it could be due to a few reasons. Check the coil filters for cleanliness and clean or replace them if needed, as a blocked filter alarm could be the cause. If the fan motor has failed, the entire fan assembly must be replaced. Check the fan relays (1 relay per fan) to ensure they are activating. Also, check the controller display to see if the unit has been disabled by BMS, Time, or Keyboard, or if it's on 'Stand-by' status within a network.

How to fix low pressure in FläktGroup Air Conditioner refrigeration system?
    • P
      pweeksAug 22, 2025
If your FläktGroup Air Conditioner shows a low pressure alarm due to low pressure in the refrigeration system, a possible cause is a leak in the pipework. You should investigate the location of the leak and repair it. After the repair, perform pressure tests and re-commission the system.
