Another cause could be that the outdoor fans aren't working, so check the ‘Fault’. Also, inspect the unit for damage to any fuse or relay that is part of the refrigeration circuit operation. Finally, the outdoor heat exchanger might be blocked or dirty; clean the heat exchanger fins and clear any debris around the unit.
