• Interconnecting pipework must be designed & installed in accordance with Sound Engineering
Practice.
• Where refrigerant is the cooling medium, all pipework must be of refrigerant grade copper to
standard BS EN 12735 or equivalent.

By completing and signing this form, you hereby certify that the following tests:
• Were completed with dry nitrogen (N
2
), where the gauge manifold was connected to both the "suction" and "discharge"
sides of the compressors.
• All shut-off-valves (where fitted) were set in the fully "Open" position (when required).
• The Electronic Expansion Valve(s) (EEVs) were set in the fully "Open" position with the use of a "Manual Valve Actuator"
(aka electronic coil lifter). These are available from your local FläktGroup office.
Notes
• Pressure Testing must be conducted using equipment with valid and current calibration
certificates - traceable to National Standards (e.g. via a UKAS Laboratory).
• This certificate must be available for inspection on request.
• For "Strength" and "Tightness" tests, refer to your local FläktGroup office's Code of Practices
and any information within the Operation Manual, particularly for any requirements on the high
pressure and low pressure sides of the unit.
