Select the ac voltage
function by setting
two switches in.
2.
Connect the test leads
as shown.
3.
Heed the input overload limits for ac
voltage (Table 2-2) and connect the
test leads to he circuit being measured.
4.
Select a range so that there is adequate
input voltage for a stable reading (see Table 2-5).
5.
Press the frequency (Hz) button
to enable frequency:
Readings are updated every second
.

The selection of the frequency function is described in Figure 2-18.
Frequency selection is canceled if you select a different function (resistance
or ac voltage dB, for example).
