Incorrect or loose mounting of bracket frame, support posts

Incorrect or loose mounting of sensor and reflector on the support posts

Loose machine anchor bolts

Unstable or damaged machine foundation

Mounted components strike machine foundation or machine casings or frame during
shaft rotation

High breakaway torque from rotatable and non-rotatable shafts

V is the vertical orientation of the machines viewed from the side.

H is the horizontal orientation of the machines viewed from the top.

The foot results which are used in correcting misalignment are position values with
respect to the reference machine.

The bold colored foot tolerance arrows show the direction and magnitude in which to
move the machine. The color code also shows the attained alignment tolerance.
