REMOVING AND CLEANING THE BEATER
• Remove the centering bushing
(Fig. 10)

Remove the O-ring contained therein
(Fig. 11)
.
• Pull of whether the beater to remove it from the
freezing cylinder
(Fig. 12)

Remove the center shaft from the agitator
(Fig. 13).
• Recover the seal gasket placed on the back of
the beater
(Fig. 14)
.
• Turn the scrapers until their disengagement
from the agitator
(Fig. 13)
.
• Immerse the components previously removed
in the tub with sanitizing solution and brush
clean all surfaces with care for minimum 1
minute, paying particular attention to the
scrapers, the interior of the centering bushing
and to all surfaces of the beater.
All the disassembled parts must remain soaking
in the sanitizer for at least 20 minutes before
they are rinsed with plenty of cold drinking
water.
