The Paper Type and the Number of Sheets That Can Be Stapled
The following shows the paper types and the number of sheets that can be stapled using the
C3 Finisher or C3 Finisher with Booklet Maker or Finisher D2-P with Booklet Maker.
Note • If the C3 Finisher Staple Unit 65 Sheets (optional) is installed, the maximum number of sheets that
can be stapled is 65 (when 90 gsm paper is used and thickness of bundled paper is 5.7 mm or less).
• For Z fold using A3 or 11 x 17" paper (90 gsm or less), convert 10 sheets in the table to 1 sheet. For Z
fold using the other size papers, convert 20 sheets in the table to 1 sheet. However, if the output
sheets are curled, they may not be stapled properly and their edges may not be aligned.
