5 Select a desired title you want to
delete a scene from, then press
[ENTER].
6 Select “Select” using
[Cursor
/ ], then press [ENTER].
7 Press [PLAY P] to start playback.
Play the title up to the point where you want to set
a start point of the scene to be deleted.
• You can use [PLAY P], [REV r], [FWD f],
[SKIP B / F], [VARIABLE REPLAY ],
[VARIABLE SKIP ], [PAUSE p] or
[STOP S] (which is substitute for [PAUSE p]) to
find the start point easily.
• If you want to quit the process, press [SETUP]
to exit.
• [STOP S] works as described below while
searching for the Start/End point:
While in play: to pause the playback.
While in pause: to jump back to the beginning of
the title.
8 When it reaches the desired start
point, press [ENTER].
A start point is marked on the progress bar and
the highlight moves to the window on the right.
• If you want to reset the start point, press
[CLEAR]. Or press [RETURN R], then follow
the steps 5 to 7 again.
• If you want to quit the process, press [SETUP]
to exit.
9 Press [PLAY P] to start play back
again.
