34. OIL LEVEL IN TRANSMISSION AND AXLE
HOUSING
Remove the inspection plug (or filler plug in the
case of steerig gear box) and check the oil level.
(1) Transmission
(2) Axle housing
35. SUSPENSION SHACKLE PIN LOCK BOLTS
AND U-BOLT NUTS TIGHTNESS
Check that the shackle pin lock bolts and U-bolt
nuts are correctly tightened (knock them to
check). If they are loosed, tighten them to speci-
fication.
36. PROPELLER SHAFT FLANGE YOKE BOLTS
TIGHTNESS
Check the flange yoke bolts for tightness (knock
them to check). If they are loosed, tighten them
to specification.
