Programming Service
Within this section you will program the Service Timer. The Service Timer has the
ability to Lock a user out of the system when the Service Time expires. Trading
Standards may take action if a Lockout occurs and no Service Contract exists. Please
use with care.
Note: The PTM should only be used to transfer data between same model types i.e.
872 to 872. NEVER attempt to transfer data between different model types i.e 872 to
816 etc.
1) Enter into Engineer Mode
To do this follow Steps 1 to 4 on page 79
With the display showing:-

4) Press Yes if you require to save to PTM.

Note: To transfer data to and from the PTM a cable (part number - 04-091) will be
required.
Note: When data transfer is in progress, the LED on the PTM will flash rapidly.
