Prepare for the dry flow kit

Step Action
1 Make sure the system is set up with a flow kit without any connections to
l
iquid, and that the flow kit is completely dry.
2 Make sure each flow kit serial number is noted. The serial number has to be
entered for documentation as part of the installation test later.
Note:
The serial number is found on the label of the transport box.
3 Make sure that the air sensor A
E-151 is connected to the system.
4 Make sure the pH calibration values, zero point and pH slope found on the
pH sensor are noted. The information must be entered in system settings
before the installation test.
In UNICORN System Control, enter the values under Systems →Settings
→Monitors →AE121_Gain.

Stage Description
1 Open M
ethod Editor and import the Installation test method: File
→Import →Method(s) →Installation test method.
2 Open System Control and start the installation test.
3 If relevant, write notes related to the planned test and/or process under
the Start Notes tab. Click Next.
4 Answer the mandatory questions that appears on the screen. Click
Next.
5 In Result Name and Location, enter the name of the test result file,
and where the file will be stored. Click Start.
Result:The test starts with zero adjustment of the pressure meters. The
test method runs for approximately 6 minutes.
