The computer is built into the electrical cabinet and fully protected from the outside
environment. The computer is equipped with a UPS battery to enable controlled
computer shutdown in the event of a power failure.
Operator console (only applicable
to systems with UNICORN)
The touchscreen monitor and keyboard are ergonomically designed for usage in a
clean production environment.
Communications
Communication with most controlled components mounted outside the electrical
cabinet uses the PROFIBUS industry standard communication protocol and hard-
ware.
