NOTE
Before replacing the RAID card, make sure the ATS is running the proper
version of the ATS OS image.
NOTE
If the software version currently running is earlier than the software included
in the reload kit, this operation may result in a software upgrade.
5. Complete the preparation procedures. See Field replacement preparation on page
7-3.
6. Remove the chassis cover. See Chassis cover on page 7-6.
7. Disconnect the hard drive ATA serial cables from the RAID card.
8. If you are replacing the RAID card, remove the ATA serial cables from the
connection ports at the back of the hard drives, and discard the cables. The RAID
card FRU kit contains replacement ATA serial cables as well.

9. Disconnect the LED connector from the front edge of the RAID card.

10. Remove the 3 screws securing the back of the CPU module to the chassis.

11. Remove the 2 screws securing the front of the CPU module to the chassis.
