Always preheat the bed before placing the
baby in the bed. The Girae Warmer au-
tomatically starts in Warmup Mode. Dur-
ing Warmup Mode check baby alarms are
deactivated. If you do not press the “Admit
Baby” key during the rst minutes after start
up, the display will show “Warming...” and the
radiant heater will automatically run at 100%
power. After 7 minutes, the display indicates
“Warmup Complete…” and the default heater
power setting drops to 50%. The display
continues to ash “Admit Baby” until you
press the “Admit Baby” key and start normal
operation.

Press the “Admit Baby” key prior to placing
the baby on the bed. You may press the
“Admit Baby” key to start normal operation
of the warmer at any time. Pressing the
“Admit Baby” key brings the Girae Warmer
to Manual Mode at 50% power. An audible
tone alerts the user to select a heater power
setting.
