9.5 Hardware AP Configuration
For the countries where wireless communications applications are not allowed by the regulations,
the wireless image detector shall be used after selecting the wireless regulatory code during
configuration in SUIF. So that it can conform to the local laws and regulations.
9.5.1 Access Point
1.) Go to SUIF -> Configuration-> Wireless -> Access Point -> Echo To AP. Click “Echo to AP”
button to test the connectivity.

2.) Go to SUIF -> Configuration-> Wireless -> Access Point -> Channel and Power Setting.

After selected and committed the change, reset system.

About 140 seconds after hard AP is powered on/system boots up, confirm
both 5GHz and 2.4GHz LEDs are solid ON, then click this button to test
the connection between workstation and AP.

Working Channel
Select
The working channel shall follow the latest wireless regulatory or
suggested by hospital IT.
If no suggested by hospital IT, please refer to the following rules to set the
channel.
The best channel selection is the channel number with "+". For
example: the optional channel list is 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153,
157, 161, 165, 36+, 44+, 149+, 157+, so the best channel
selection sequence is 36+/44+/149 +/157+.
Note: If more than 2 APs are installed in nearby fixed RAD rooms,
different working channels should be set for each AP.
Power Setting Set to its maximum value: 20.
